FOster Grandparent Program

The Foster Grandparent Program provides valuable aid to children with exceptional needs. Foster Grandparents serve in Elementary Schools, Head Start Schools, and Child Care Centers. Foster Grandparents may serve 20 hours a week and may receive an hourly stipend.  They must be 55 years of age or older and meet established income guidelines. In addition to the stipend, they receive accident, personal liability, excess automobile insurance coverage, assistance with the cost of transportation, an annual physical examination and recognition.

RSVP Volunteer Program

RSVP Volunteers are the Heart of the Community.  The RSVP Program serves many different types of organizations as well as non-profit organizations.  RSVP volunteers must be 55 years of age or older to receive the benefits of the program. Benefits that are offered through the RSVP Program are: additional accident, personal liability, assistance with cost of transportation and recognition.
